The Gut Loving Podcast

Conversations to Empower & Inform

Around 1 in 7 people suffer with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) globally, making it the most commonly diagnosed GI condition worldwide.

The Gut Loving Podcast aims to educate, empower and inform through conversations about the tools and therapies which can be used to manage the condition and it's symptoms.

The Gut Loving podcast is hosted by Laura Tilt (an experienced Dietitian specialising in IBS and the low FODMAP diet) and Huelya Akyuez, who has lived with IBS for over 20 years.

Laura and Huelya discuss IBS from a dietitian and patient perspective, the various approaches to managing symptoms and where probiotics, fermented foods and other gut health topics fit into the picture.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THE PODCAST

Getting diagnosed with IBS has been a rollercoaster of emotions and struggling through the elimination phase, dealing with the ‘oh she’s a fussy eater’ looks when eating out, low mood, thinking I’m making it up, thoughts of giving up with the plan and more. This podcast has been like a support group and is massively helping me through. I’m so grateful for all the specialist healthcare individuals putting their efforts into helping with the management of IBS and increasing the awareness of it. Thank you.
